Richard B. Lutz is the principal partner at Estate & Elder Law, PLLC. Mr. Lutz has been a licensed attorney in Michigan since 1990. Richard assembled a group of experts in Estate Planning, Elder Law, Medicaid planning, and Asset protection. The team has a vast depth of experience and expertise in Estate Planning, Elder Law, Medicaid planning, and Asset Protection.

Before his career at Estate and Elder Law, Richard was successful and active in Real Estate, Automotive, and Estate Planning. Richard has narrowed his focus to the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, and Asset Protection law. By focusing exclusively on the prior mentioned areas, it allows the firm to be up-to-date and experts in serving a fast-growing demographic group of clients.

Richard Lutz grew up in the metro Detroit area. He attended Brother Rice High School, in Birmingham, MI. For college Richard majored in finance at Marquette University, Milwaukee Wisconsin. Finally, for law school, Richard graduated from The Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University.
